Chelsea Flores is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Chelsea was born and raised in Colorado Springs. Chelsea started working at Pikes Peak Hearing Aid Services in 2023. Chelsea was drawn to the profession because she loves to help people and she recognized how impactful hearing loss is on daily life for individuals and their families.  

What Chelsea loves most about saving hearing lives is reconnecting people with their friends and families. Chelsea strives to make people feel comfortable in the clinic and with their treatment every day through her commitment to excellent customer service and continuing education.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Chelsea loves spending time with her family and her dog. She and her husband welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in May 2025. She also enjoys cooking and watching movies. 

Tammy was born, raised and resided in the panhandle of Florida on the beautiful Gulf Coast for her first 48 years, moving to Colorado 10 years ago. She loves the mountains and feels like this was where she was always meant to be.

Tammy has a vast background of customer service from 20 years as a paralegal, specializing in Family and Criminal Law to Senior Care to Optometry and Audiology. The senior community holds a special place in her heart and she appreciates all the knowledge that is earned by taking time to listen to their stories and experiences.

In her free time, Tammy enjoys traveling with her husband Tim, playing with her two dogs, visiting with her two adult children and watching college football (Go Noles!)
